Can not Find Hardware Key

If the error message "Can not find hardware key!" appears when you start the software, please go through the following instructions step by step :

1. Ensure the software is installed on the same hard disk as the Windows system.
2. Check whether the software protection key is firmly connected to the USB port.
3. Use another USB port and try to restart the software.
4. Confirm whether the software protection key expires.
5. Uninstall the software, and then download and install the latest version.
6. Repeat step 1, 2, and 3 if required.
7. Clean the driver of the software protection key from the Windows system with G3DriverClean.exe.
8. Get G3DriverInstaller.exe and install the latest driver.

Platform and Hardware

The supported platforms are Windows 2000/NT/XP/Vista/7.

There is no limit on the dat file size except the physical memory of your computer. To make sure the software runs smoothly and efficiently, the minimum requirements are:

• CPU - Pentium III
• Hard disk - 30GB
• Memory - 256MB

Download Software

After purchasing the software, you will get a customized software distribution directory. Please keep your download information in a safe place. All the Geogiga commerical software can only be accessed with that information.

Install Software

You can install the software on any machine, but only one USB software protection key is provided for a single licence.

To run software on several machines at the same time, you have to order a network protection key for multiple licences.

Freeware

Yes, you can download and distribute the free software. However, Geogiga does not provide technical support for the freeware and does not guarantee the results either.

Training Course

Geogiga Software is easy to use and learn. With the assistance of demos, tutorials, manuals, and free technical support, you should be able to know how to use the software within a few days.
