Can not Find Hardware Key

Please go through the following instructions step by step if an error message "Can not find hardware key!" pops up when you start the software :

1. Ensure the software is installed on the same hard disk as Windows.
2. Check whether the key is firmly connected to the USB port.
3. Use another USB port and try to restart the software.
4. Confirm whether the key expires.
5. Remove the software from Control Panel, and then re-download and re-install the latest version.
6. Repeat step 1, 2, and 3 if required.
7. Clean the dongle driver from Windows system with G3DriverClean.exe.
8. Get G3DriverInstaller.exe and install the latest driver.

Platform and Hardware

The supported platforms are Windows 2000/XP/NT/Vista.

There is no limit on the file size of seismic data except your physical memory. To make sure the software runs smoothly and efficiently, the minimum requirements are:

• CPU - Pentium III
• Hard disk - 30GB
• Memory - 256MB

Download Software

After purchasing the software, you will get a customized software distribution directory. Please keep your download information in safety. All Geogiga commerical software can only be accessed with that information.

Install Software

You can install the software on any machines, but only one USB software protection key is provided for a single licence.

To run software on several machines at the same time, you have to order a network protection key for multiple licences.

Upgrade Software

Usually, you get one-year free upgrade and technical support after purchasing the software. However, the policy was changed after July 20008. Now, you can enjoy the lifetime free maintenance and ask for additional features at any time without extra charge.

Freeware

Yes, you can download and distribute the free software. However, Geogiga does not provide technical support for the freeware and does not guarantee the results either.

Training Course

Geogiga Software is easy to use and learn. With the assistance of demo, tutorial, manual, and free technical support, you should be able to know how to use the software within a few days.

Each year, several courses are held internationally. We can also provide on-site training course as required. Please contact us for further information.
